Why the GUIDE Group?
The GUIDE Group is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults and their families in how to identify and understand difficult emotions. The GUIDE group works with individuals in using their strengths to notice the current abilities they have as well as learn new skills to effectively manage tough emotions in the moment through the use of evidence-based and evidence-informed practices. The GUIDE group works with individuals and families to build useful strategies to engage in their life in the way they want.
